Q: Are the artworks original?
Absolutely! Every piece in the Original Artworks section is a one-of-a-kind artwork, created by me.

Q: What’s the difference between Originals and Prints?
Originals are hand-painted or drawn works, while prints are high-quality reproductions made with archival inks and paper for lasting color and detail.

Q: Are prints signed?
Open-edition prints (fulfilled through Printify) are unfortunately unsigned but produced to professional standards. Limited edition/self-fulfilled prints are clearly marked as such and are hand-signed and include a certificate of authenticity

Q: Do artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?
All original artworks include a signed certificate of authenticity. Limited edition prints include one as well.

Q: Are the prints archival?
Yes — printed on museum-grade, acid-free paper with pigment-based inks designed to last over 80 years.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide.

Q: Is shipping really free?
Yes, shipping is free, no matter where you live in the world.

Q: How is the artwork packaged and delivered?
For Original Artwork - shipping and delivery is done using the Postal Service. Delivery originates from Romania.

• For smaller artworks on canvas panel you will receive the painting in a bubble wrapped envelope.
• For larger artworks you will receive the painting rolled up in a tube.

Each Artwork will mention how shipping is handled. All artworks are delivered unframed.

For prints, Printify handles the entire process.

Q: How long does shipping take?
It really depends on where you live. For delivery of original artwork, since I ship from Romania by postal service:

• For EU addresses - 7-10 days
• UK addresses - 7-14 days
• USA/Canada - 10-21 days
• Asia/Australia - 3-4 weeks

For prints, handled by Printify:

• EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Northern Europe - 2-6 business days
• Asia and other international locations - 10-30 business days

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees?
For original artwork - generally no, you might have to pay a small 5-10% sales tax when you receive the artwork in some jurisdictions outside the EU. I would pay the tax myself if I could but the Post Office does not allow that.

For prints - no fees.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the damage and we'll assess the situation together.

Q: Do you accept returns and give refunds?
I do, however you need to ship/mail the order back to me on your own cost and if and when it arrives intact, you will get a refund. Please contact me to receive details.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
I accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and (optionally) Google Pay or Apple Pay, depending on your platform.

Q: What currency are prices in?
Prices are listed in EUR, but you can change the currency in the menu depending on your location.

Q: Are there any hidden charges?
No, the price you see is the price you pay. There are some jurisdictions where, upon receiving an original artwork, you may need to pay a 5-10% sales tax to the courier, but generally you won't have to deal with that.

Q: Do you take commissions?

I do! If you’d like to commission a custom charcoal or oil piece, please reach out through e-mail or the contact page.

Q: Can I request a specific size or print format?
Absolutely! I can paint or draw on pretty much any size you wish and for prints I can create a custom size for you, if available.

Q: Can you critique my artwork or teach me how to paint?
Of course! You can either send a couple of your artworks and we will do a 1 hour online session with paint overs, advice, study guides etc. or you can choose one or more areas (portraiture, brushwork etc.) and I can prepare a 1 hour lesson specifically for that.
